Completed Turret30 viewsSquadron green putty got rid of the unsightly gap in the turret rear.

Exhaust and Back Plate65 viewsIt took a half an hour and several more applications of thinner, but I was able to get a good distressed winter white on the entire vehicle. In some areas the thinner started to break down the basecoat of green, but letting it sit for a while solved that problem.

Front View: Completed SU-12244 viewsHere you can really see the mud giving way to dust as you move up the hull. Those tracks look too clean, though.

Sprue attachements34 viewsEach of the outer faces has this heavy attachment point on the face. It is easy to remove with a sharp blade. Just time conuming and BORING!!!

Rear View17 viewsI used gunmetal colored artist's pigments for the tracks, rubbing them on with a fingertip. The exhaust got some rust colored pigments.
